Admission $6 – Proceeds for pipe organ and capital fund.
Exhibit at the Quilt Show!
Community members are invited to lend quilts, coverlets and works in progress to be exhibited at the show. To enter a piece, download the Quilt Entry Form. Print and complete the form. Return the completed form to the church office.

Entry forms must be returned by February 28th. Exhibitors are admitted free. Please call the church office at 773-363-1620 if you have any questions.

Advertise in the Quilt Show Catalog!
The business and professional community is invited to advertise in the Quilt Show catalog. Your ad will reach the many attendees of the Quilt Show. Last year’s show had an attendance of nearly 400 visitors from near and far, as did the previous shows. This year’s show promises to be as big an event.
To place an advertisement, download the Advertising Order Form, select an ad size on the order form and return the form along with your payment and camera-ready layout (i.e.: advertising copy, business card and/or company logo) to the church office. The deadline for placing your advertisement is March 28th.
